Terms of Use

By accessing or using the North West Atlas platform (including the AI Bubble Analysis Toolkit and Contagion Engine), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

This platform is intended exclusively for professional and institutional investors, accredited counterparties, and regulated financial entities. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are not a retail investor or a member of the general public.

Access to certain analytical tools may require authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subject to these terms, NWA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for internal institutional analysis. This license does not include the right to: sublicense the platform; use it for competitive benchmarking; or integrate its components into third-party systems without explicit written consent.

Users are strictly prohibited from: (a) utilizing automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract data at scale; (b) reverse-engineering the algorithmic models or proprietary scoring mechanisms (e.g., the NWA Bubble Index™); (c) attempting to compromise platform infrastructure; or (d) reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying the interface or outputs without prior written authorization.

The toolkit may integrate with third-party financial data providers (e.g., Financial Modeling Prep, Yahoo Finance). NWA does not operate, control, or endorse these third-party services. Any disruption, inaccuracy, or limitation of data from these providers is not the responsibility of NWA.

Use of third-party API keys is governed entirely by the respective provider's Terms of Service. NWA acts solely as a conduit for user-initiated queries.

All content, concepts, trademarks, trade dress, and algorithms displayed on the platform—including but not limited to the NWA Bubble Index™, Contagion Engine, and associated visual designs—are the exclusive intellectual property of North West Atlas B Corp. No implied licenses are granted under these Terms.

NWA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the platform, its users, or the reputation of the firm. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless North West Atlas B Corp, its affiliates, and its officers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your unauthorized use of the platform, or your violation of any laws or rights of a third party.
